Jay Scott has been officiating high school sports since 1964, and is a Charter Member of the National Association of Sports Officials, and of the National Federation Officials Association. He has been a member of the Montana Officials Association since 1997.
He was recently recognized by the Montana High School Association for his 45 years of service to high school offiiciating.
